Marcel Poser promoted to Tectus Group CEO

Tectus SA and BBR VT International Ltd are pleased to announce the promotion of Marcel Poser from CEO of BBR VT International Ltd to Tectus Group CEO. Effective from July 1, 2011, he will lead the Tectus Group with its diversified activities and investments through the next cycle of development.
Marcel Poser has been the driving force behind the successful relaunching of the BBR Network into what is today the world's largest franchise system of its kind. Starting mid 2011 - when the new BBR VT senior management will be announced - Marcel Poser will continue to have a special focus on the BBR Network by joining the Board of Directors of BBR VT International and the BBR Network Technical and Special Project Committee.
Marcel Poser will take over the Tectus Group CEO role from Bruno Valsangiacomo-Brandestini, who has successfully led the Tectus Group over the last 15 years. He will report directly to Mr. Valsangiacomo-Brandestini, who will take up the position of Delegate of the Tectus Board of Directors and will focus his day-to-day entrepreneurial activities on the ITI Group in Poland.
