After the successful introduction of both the new CONA CMI BT and SP internal bonded and unbonded post-tensioning (PT) systems, an additional European Technical Approval (ETA) has been added to the CONA CMX family:
• BBR VT CONA CMB SP unbonded band PT system with 01 to 16 strands, ETA-10/0065
The innovative double HDPE sheathed and greased / waxed approach of the CONA CMB system makes it the perfect ready-to-use PT solution for special external applications, such as prestressing of bridges, wind towers, precast segmental construction and repair and strengthening works for all kinds of structures. The band system can be combined with a broad range of construction materials, including concrete, steel and timber.
